2011 Local Tax Form Instructions
 
The entire Bellwood-Antis School Tax form and Taxpayer Bill of Rights are available as a single Adobe Acrobat download.  It is necessary to have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and edit the document.

PLEASE NOTE 
 
  • PA Act 32 of 2008, which amends Act 511 if 1965 (the “Local Tax Enabling Act”), changes the way business losses are treated.
  • Effective with tax year 2009, pursuant to PA Act 32, business losses cannot be used to offset earned income.  A loss from one business, however, can be used to offset net profits from another business.
  • The Bellwood-Antis School District cannot accept E-mailed tax forms.  It will be necessary to print the form and then mail the form to:

BE SURE TO SIGN YOUR TAX FORM AND ATTACH ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS. 
IF APPLICABLE, INCLUDE A CHECK WITH BALANCE DUE.  PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH.
 

It is only necessary to mail page one from the downloaded form, all supporting documents and, if applicable, a check or money order for any tax due.
 
If you cannot download the file or you did not receive a tax form, one can be obtained by calling the Tax Office (814) 742-7975 or stopping in person to the Tax Office.
 
All 2011 Local Tax returns are due on or before April 16, 2012.
